Legacy House

This project involves the construction and full fit-out of a multi-level facility comprising a dedicated carpark and two levels of purpose-designed office accommodation, meeting rooms, and specialised service areas. This development includes the delivery of comprehensive building services and fully integrated electrical, security, access control, and life-safety systems to ensure seamless functionality and long-term operational efficiency. Every element has been tailored to support the diverse activities and service requirements of Legacy House.

Legacy House itself represents a bespoke and visionary initiative designed to support an innovative model of service for Queensland families. By embracing collaboration with key partner institutions, the facility aims to create transformative social infrastructure that enhances accessibility, support, and care for those who need it most. Positioned on a culturally significant site, the building will operate alongside established veterans’ and family services within the Greenslopes Hospital Precinct.
