Keid In Electrical was engaged to deliver the complete electrical and communications scope for the industrial unit development at 11 Industry Place, Wynnum. The project comprised a modern multi-unit industrial complex with 19 individual tenancies, requiring a coordinated and scalable electrical solution from early construction through to final commissioning.

Our team was involved from the early stages of the build, delivering all underground electrical and communications infrastructure for the site. This included installation of mains cabling to the main switchboard (MSB/MSSB), provision, and coordination of NBN infrastructure, and close integration with civil and structural works to ensure accurate placement, protection, and long-term serviceability of all services.

The scope of works included installation of the site’s main power infrastructure and distribution systems, along with individual electrical supplies to each tenancy. Keid In Electrical completed the full electrical fit-out across all units, delivering power, general and high-bay lighting, emergency, and safety systems suited to a wide range of industrial and commercial uses.

In addition to electrical services, our team carried out the complete data and communications fit-out to every unit, providing structured cabling, data outlets and NBN-ready infrastructure to support tenant operations both at handover and into the future. All installations were completed with a strong focus on compliance, neat presentation and ease of ongoing maintenance or future expansion.

The finished development delivers high-quality industrial spaces supported by a robust, reliable and fully compliant electrical and data installation. The result is a flexible services platform that allows each tenancy to be easily adapted for a variety of industrial operations while providing long-term reliability for owners and tenants alike.
