Wynnum City Cave

Keid In Electrical was engaged to complete the full electrical fit-out for City Cave Wynnum, delivering the project from the initial disconnection of the previous tenancy through to the commissioning of a fully operational wellness facility.

Our scope commenced with making the existing tenancy electrically safe, including isolating, removing redundant services, and preparing the site for the new build. From there, we designed and installed new electrical infrastructure tailored to City Cave’s specialist wellness environment, ensuring all systems were compliant, reliable, and fit for purpose.

The project included electrical services for City Cave’s full range of offerings, including float rooms, infrared saunas, cryotherapy equipment, ice baths, treatment rooms, reception, and staff areas. Dedicated circuits and upgraded protection were installed where required to support specialist equipment and ensure safe, consistent operation.

We also completed the installation of general power, feature and ambient lighting, and data cabling to support operational systems, booking platforms, and point-of-sale requirements. Particular care was taken to align the lighting and power layout with City Cave’s calm, premium customer experience while meeting all operational and compliance needs.

The project was delivered in close coordination with the builder, City Cave representatives, and equipment suppliers, allowing for efficient staging, testing, and commissioning. The result was a fully compliant, purpose-built electrical installation that supports City Cave Wynnum’s wellness services and provides a safe, reliable environment for both staff and clients.
