Keid In Electrical was engaged to complete the electrical fit-out of the Shoreline Sales Centre, a key marketing and engagement space for the Shoreline master-planned residential development in Redland Bay.

The sales centre was designed to showcase the vision, scale and lifestyle offering of the broader Shoreline development, requiring an electrical installation that was both functional and visually considered. Our team delivered an electrical solution that supported the day-to-day operation of the sales environment while enhancing the overall presentation of the space for prospective buyers.

The scope of works included the full internal electrical fit-out of the sales centre, incorporating general power, feature and display lighting, and data services to support sales technology, digital displays, and client engagement areas. Lighting was carefully selected and positioned to highlight finishes, presentation materials, and display zones, creating a welcoming and professional environment for visitors.

Keid In Electrical also completed the data and communications installation required to support the sales team’s operational needs, ensuring reliable connectivity for point-of-sale systems, workstations, and presentation tools.

All works were delivered with a strong focus on neatness, reliability, and flexibility, allowing the space to operate effectively as a high-traffic sales environment while remaining adaptable as the development progresses.
