Persone Restaurant

Keid In Electrical was engaged to complete the full electrical fit-out for Persone, a premium restaurant operated by the Gambaro Group and located within the Brisbane Quarter precinct adjacent to the W Brisbane Hotel. The project involved delivering a refined electrical solution to suit a high-end hospitality venue within Brisbane’s CBD.

The fit-out required careful coordination with the restaurant’s architectural design and operational requirements, particularly across the commercial kitchen, bar, and dining areas. Our team worked closely with the client and designers to ensure all electrical services were integrated cleanly and discreetly, supporting both functionality and the overall aesthetic of the space.

The electrical scope included power distribution for commercial kitchen equipment, refrigeration, and specialist appliances, along with general power throughout front-of-house and back-of-house areas. Architectural and feature lighting was installed to enhance the dining experience, complemented by task lighting, emergency and exit lighting systems to meet all safety and compliance requirements.

Given the project’s central CBD location and premium setting, works were delivered with a strong focus on planning, sequencing and attention to detail. All services were installed to a high standard, with careful consideration given to concealed cabling, fixture placement and coordination with finished surfaces.

The completed fit-out provides Persone with a reliable, compliant, and visually considered electrical installation that supports day-to-day operations while contributing to the venue’s atmosphere and overall dining experience.
