New Export Food Production Facility
Keid In Electrical was engaged to deliver the complete electrical scope for Earlee Products’ new production facility in Murarrie, a large-scale industrial food processing operation purpose-built to support export-grade manufacturing.
From the outset, our team worked closely with Earlee Products, consulting engineers, and key stakeholders to develop a coordinated electrical solution tailored to the operational and compliance requirements of a modern food production environment. This collaborative approach allowed us to contribute to the overall facility layout, services strategy, and future capacity planning from an early stage.
Keid In Electrical was engaged early in the build to carry out underground and in-slab electrical reticulation, including heavy-duty sub-mains, cable tray systems, and close coordination with structural and civil works. This early involvement ensured all future plant, refrigeration equipment and processing areas were accurately serviced and allowed the project to progress efficiently as construction advanced.
The scope included installation of the site’s main power infrastructure, incorporating a pad-mounted transformer, main switchboard (MSB) and multiple distribution boards to support refrigeration plant, mechanical services, and production equipment. All electrical systems were designed and installed to suit a food-grade environment, with a strong focus on durability, compliance, and ease of ongoing maintenance.
As the facility took shape, Keid In Electrical completed the full internal electrical fit-out, delivering high-performance LED lighting throughout processing rooms, cold rooms, and access corridors, along with emergency and exit lighting, wash-down rated accessories and dedicated plant supplies. Close coordination with refrigeration contractors ensured seamless integration of evaporators and mechanical systems within the facility.
The result is a clean, efficient, and fully compliant electrical installation that supports 24/7 operation in a demanding industrial environment and meets the strict requirements of modern export food processing facilities, providing Earlee Products with a robust and scalable platform for ongoing growth.
