The Bloom Residences project involved the construction and delivery of a modern multi-residential development comprising 36 units supported by three levels of underground carparking.
Keid In Electrical was responsible for the full electrical package, ensuring all installations—from power distribution and lighting to communications and compliance systems—met the high standards required for contemporary residential living. The scope also included the installation of integrated access control systems for all residences, providing secure and convenient entry solutions for occupants.
The project was successfully delivered within the 12-month program, maintaining quality workmanship and seamless coordination with the broader project team throughout construction.
